Your First Visit

From the moment you arrive at Longview Dental Center, you’ll be treated like a member of our family. We offer a wide range of dentistry services to meet any dental care need, but our focus is on you and your comfort. When you walk through the doors, we’ll greet you warmly, answer any questions you may have, and collect your patient forms. If you haven’t completed these forms at home, we can also help you with those at this time. Finally, you’ll receive a complete, attentive dental exam and consultation with Dr. Stoddard.

New Patient Forms

We encourage patients to complete their new patient dentistry forms at home where they have access to all of the information they need without having to search for it in our office. If you’d feel more comfortable completing new patient documentation on the day of your appointment, please allow at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to do so.

Dental insurance is important to our patients and it’s important to us too. That’s why our experienced dental team members do their utmost to maximize coverage for every patient we treat. We’re happy to process and file dental insurance claims, provide accurate estimates of out of pocket costs, and we’ll be happy to review specific policy details with you. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have questions about your specific benefit plan. To ensure maximum coverage, we are also in-network with many of the major insurance providers in the area.

Financing Available

We will do our utmost to maximize dental insurance coverage, but we do ask that patients be prepared to pay for the out of pocket costs associated with their dental care at the time of treatment. Our knowledgeable team work with dental insurance providers regularly, and we will offer you an estimated cost of care prior to your treatment visit. These are only estimates, but we do our utmost to ensure they are accurate.

CareCredit is a simple way to consolidate and manage certain out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, because it is a credit card that can be used repeatedly and for any family member. CareCredit offers two basic payment options to meet an individual’s financial needs:

Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional purchase is not paid in full within the promotional period.
